How to Change Player Name
The current method for changing the player name in Palworld is limited to specifying it during character creation.
The developers plan to add a method for changing it in a future update.
Therefore, it is advised to choose the player name carefully.
Unfortunately, on Xbox, it’s impossible to set a player name at the moment. This is expected to be addressed in a future update, too.
How to Change Pal’s Name
Unfortunately, on Xbox, you cannot change the Pal’s name.
However, on Steam, you can change a Pal’s name at any time without any limitations.
Here’s how you can change a Pal’s name.
1. Press the F key in the Palbox to open the Palbox Management Menu.
2. Hover over the desired Pal and press the F key to open the Details window.
3. Press the Edit button at the top and change the name to your preference.
